The central administration of the CMHS consists of academic and administrative divisions which support the overall operation of the Faculty in fulfilling its mission.

The central administration of the CMHS consists of academic and administrative divisions which support the overall operation of the Faculty in fulfilling its mission. With review and approval by university administration, and according to university and CMHS by-laws, and with the support of the academic and administrative services and units, the Dean is authorized to evaluate performances, and also to recommend and implement improvements. The result is a coherent system administered by capable and dedicated personnel who are committed to facilitate the work of faculty, support staff and students. CMHS administration continues to evolve into a team approach with broad input, participation and support ultimately contributing to the improvement of education, research, clinical care and community and university interaction. It also provides management training, faculty and staff orientation and support, induction courses, newsletters, maintenance of e-mail, internet homepage entries, and other technologies.
