Date: 25th to 28th January 2004

Closing date for submission of abstracts: 15th November 2003

Abstracts may be submitted for either poster or oral presentations.

Oral presentations will be 15 minutes in duration including 5 minutes for questions.

Delegates presenting posters will be expected to be available at their posters at designated times to answer questions.

Delegates may submit more than one abstract

Abstracts may be submitted either online or offline

Abstracts should be limited to 300 words.  Font style should be Times New Roman, Regular 12 point.
