Registration Information

All Participants wishing to attend “The Second Scientific Conference for Medical Students in the GCC Countries” must complete and return the REGISTRATION FORM.

Registration forms should be filled in and submitted online.

Accomodation can be provided free of charge in UAEU Student Hostels.
Alternatively delegates may wish to book at one of the local hotels. May we suggest the following: 

Al Ain Intercontinental Hotel
Hilton Al Ain
Al Ain Rotana Hotel

Inform the hotel that you will be attending the Medical Student conference and you will receive discounted prices.

Transport: Courtesy buses and cars will be available to provide transport for participants between Abu Dhabi Airport or Dubai Airport and Al Ain.
