RESEARCH INTEREST: The role of nutrition in prevention and treatment of disease, specifically the interaction between nutritional factors, disease, ageing and clinical outcome. Nutritional supplements during acute illness and Antioxidant and ischaemic stroke as examples.
CLINICAL INTEREST: I am currently a Senior Consultant Physician to the two main teaching hospitals (Tawam and Al-Ain) providing acute inpatient and outpatient service in General internal medicine and Clinical Nutrition.
